What is swL3OspfExternalLsdbForwardingAddress?
Read-only forwarding address carried in an AS-external LSA; when non-zero, traffic to the advertised destination should be forwarded to this address instead of the originating ASBR, which matters when the ASBR isn't the best next hop. Admins check this when external routing doesn't take the expected path, since a non-default forwarding address changes where traffic actually gets sent.
