Module: DGS-3620-52T-L3MGMT-MIB
OID (symbolic): DGS-3620-52T-L3MGMT-MIB::swL3ospfIfMulticastForwarding
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.11.118.4.3.8.1.16

Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: The way multicasts should forwarded on this interface; not forwarded, forwarded as data link multicasts, or forwarded as data link uni- casts. Data link multicasting is not meaning- ful on point to point and NBMA interfaces, and setting ospfMulticastForwarding to 0 effective- ly disables all multicast forwarding.
What is swL3ospfIfMulticastForwarding?
How this interface forwards multicast OSPF traffic: blocked(1) meaning no multicast forwarding, multicast(2) using data-link multicast, or unicast(3) sending a separate copy to each neighbor. Defaults to blocked, since multicasting isn't meaningful on point-to-point or NBMA interfaces.
