What is swL3OspfExternalLsdbForwardingAddress?
Forwarding address carried in the AS-external LSA, telling routers where to actually send traffic for this external destination (rather than the originating ASBR itself). An admin checks this when traffic for a redistributed route seems to bypass the expected ASBR, since a non-zero forwarding address redirects next-hop selection.
