Description: This object indicates enable/disable of the local proxy ARP function for IPv4.
What is swL3IpCtrlLocalProxyArp?
Enables or disables local proxy ARP for IPv4, which lets the switch answer ARP on behalf of two hosts within the same subnet/port so they can reach each other through the switch. An admin enables this on interfaces where private-VLAN or port-isolation features would otherwise block direct host-to-host ARP within the subnet.
