Description: The way multicasts should forwarded on this interface; not forwarded, forwarded as data link multicasts, or forwarded as data link uni- casts. Data link multicasting is not meaning- ful on point to point and NBMA interfaces, and setting ospfMulticastForwarding to 0 effective- ly disables all multicast forwarding.
What is swL3ospfIfMulticastForwarding?
How this interface forwards OSPF multicast traffic: not at all (blocked), as data-link multicasts, or replicated as unicasts to each neighbor; multicast forwarding does not apply on point-to-point/NBMA links, where the blocked default effectively disables it.
