Description: The number of seconds that a router's Hello packets have not been seen before it's neigh- bors declare the router down. This should be some multiple of the Hello interval. This value must be the same for the virtual neigh- bor.

What is swL3ospfVirtIfRtrDeadInterval?

Seconds of missed Hellos before the virtual neighbor is declared down, defaulting to 60 and normally some multiple of the hello interval; it must match the neighbor's own setting. Admins lower this to detect a failed virtual link faster, at the cost of being more sensitive to transient loss.
