What is swL3RIPUpdateTime?
Sets the RIP update timer, in seconds (5-65535, default 30), controlling how often the switch sends out periodic RIP route updates. Admins shorten this for faster route propagation at the cost of more RIP traffic, or lengthen it on stable, low-churn networks.
