What is staticOnOff?
Enables the switch's static MAC address feature; the description notes that disabling it is not currently supported despite the syntax defining a disabled(2) value. Static MAC entries let an admin pin a specific MAC address to a fixed port/VLAN regardless of normal MAC learning.
