broadcastStormGlobalThreshold
Module: DGS-1248T-BX-MIB
OID (symbolic): DGS-1248T-BX-MIB::broadcastStormGlobalThreshold
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.10.76.6.27.3.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: The threshold value in unit of thousand bytes per second for broadcast traffic of the specific port.
What is broadcastStormGlobalThreshold?
The broadcast-traffic rate limit, selected from a fixed list of kBps thresholds (8 to 4096) or disabled, applied when broadcastStormCtrlGlobalOnOff is enabled. Choosing a lower threshold clamps down harder on broadcast traffic but risks limiting legitimate bursts like ARP storms during network changes.
