What is swL3DevCtrlDVMRPState?
Global switch enabling or disabling DVMRP (Distance Vector Multicast Routing Protocol) on the device. An administrator enables this only when the switch must build multicast delivery trees with DVMRP neighbors; disabling it stops all DVMRP route exchange even if individual DVMRP interfaces remain configured.
