What is swL2StpPortProtocolMigration?
Writing TRUE(1) forces this port to transmit RSTP BPDUs when the switch is running in RSTP (802.1w) mode; any other write has no effect, and per the reference it always reads back FALSE(2). An admin uses it to force a port to re-probe for RSTP support after suspecting it fell back to legacy STP behavior.
