What is swL2STPPortState?
Enables or disables loop-back prevention on this specific STP port (the source DESCRIPTION reads "used [to l]oop-back prevention attached to this port," a minor wording glitch in the source, but the intent is clear from the enum). This is a legacy per-port loop-back control that sits at a distinct OID from the similarly spelled swL2StpPortStatus, so despite the near-identical name, don't confuse the two.
