What is swL2TrafficCtrlMcastStromCtrl?
Enables or disables multicast storm control, which uses the threshold in swL2TrafficCtrlBMStromthreshold to start dropping multicast frames once a port's multicast rate exceeds it. Admins enable this to prevent excessive multicast traffic, for example from a misconfigured multicast source, from overwhelming the switch or downstream links.
