What is swL2TrafficCtrlBcastStromCtrl?
Enables or disables broadcast storm control, which uses the threshold in swL2TrafficCtrlBMStromthreshold to start dropping broadcast frames once a port's broadcast rate exceeds it. Admins enable this to stop a broadcast storm (e.g. from a switching loop or misbehaving NIC) from saturating the network.
