In deleteOnReset(4) mode - never age out the locked addresses unless restart the system to prevent from port movement or intrusion.

What is swL2PortSecurityMode?

Read-write mode controlling how locked (learned) MAC addresses on a secured port age out: deleteOnTimeout(3) lets them expire normally after the aging timer and frees up a learning slot, while deleteOnReset(4) keeps them locked permanently until the switch restarts, guarding against port-hopping intrusion attempts. Admins pick deleteOnReset for maximum security on a sensitive port, or deleteOnTimeout on a port where legitimate devices are expected to change occasionally.
