What is swL2DevCtrlDefaultGateway?
The IPv4 address of the router the switch uses to reach networks outside its own management subnet, such as 192.168.0.254. If it is wrong or unset, the switch answers only hosts on its local subnet, so SNMP polling or TFTP backups from other networks fail.
