Description: Physically resets the unit - use with care. A (1) resets the unit, a (2) does nothing.
What is miscReset?
Setting this to reset(1) physically reboots the switch immediately; setting it to noop(2) has no effect. An admin uses this as a remote power-cycle when the unit needs a hard restart.
