What is bpIfStatsInOver1023BytePkts?
This Counter64 counts well-formed frames received on a backplane hiGig port that were longer than 1023 octets (1025 with a VLAN tag), excluding oversized/too-long frames which aren't counted here. It represents the top bucket of the per-port packet-size histogram used to profile fabric traffic. A steady, high value here usually just reflects normal jumbo or standard-MTU data traffic on that BP port.
