This Counter64 counts frames between 65 and 127 octets received on a backplane hiGig port, including malformed ones, as part of the same per-port size-distribution table. It helps an admin see whether small-packet traffic is shifting slightly larger across the fabric compared to the 64-byte bucket. Comparing this bucket to neighboring size buckets shows the shape of the traffic profile on that BP port.
