What is bpDropsInDrops?
In the bpDropsTable, indexed by stack unit, BCM port pipe, and BP port, this Counter64 tallies ingress packet drops on that specific backplane hiGig port. An admin watches this counter to spot which internal backplane link inside a leaf-spine chassis is losing ingress traffic. A steadily climbing value on one port pipe points to congestion or a faulty backplane link on that specific unit.
