What is dxatmPvcMpRowStatus?
This is the standard SNMP RowStatus control column used to create, modify, or delete one root-to-leaf branch entry in the point-to-multipoint PVC table. An admin uses it to add or remove individual leaves from a multicast PVC tree without disturbing the other branches.
