The value of this object identifies the current status of the flow control mecahnism across cross-connect in one direction; (i.e., from the high to low direction). The enabled and disabled states indicate that this flow control from high to low direction is operational or not operational respectively. The notApplicable state indicates that traffic in this direction is not subject to flow control.
