What is adFlowMaster?
This read-only flag reports whether the ATM device as a whole supports Digital's FLOWmaster credit-based flow control scheme. An admin checks it to know whether flow-control-related settings elsewhere in this MIB (like adpCreditResync) will actually take effect on this hardware.
