What is decLecsTlvVal?
This OID holds the raw value bytes (up to 1024 octets) of a TLV entry, whose meaning is determined by the paired decLecsTlvTag. An admin sets this to configure vendor- or spec-defined LAN Emulation parameters that get exchanged between the LECS and LEC during CONFIGURE.
