What is ddsDteCfgIndex?
Index value (an SCinstance) identifying which DTE interface a row of the DTE Configuration table describes, independent of whether that DTE port is running sync or async. An admin uses it to correlate a row's carrier, delay, and status settings to a specific physical port.
