What is cyanAlarmState?

This value reports the alarm's current state, such as whether it is still active or has been cleared. Admins poll or trap on this field to know whether a previously reported fault is ongoing or resolved, which determines whether a related trouble ticket stays open. For example, an alarm might transition from a raised state to a cleared state once the fiber connection reporting a loss-of-signal condition is restored.
