What is cyanAlarmSeverity?

This value is the processed and reported severity level assigned to the alarm, such as critical, major, minor, or warning. Admins use it to prioritize response, since it reflects the severity actually communicated to the operator after the device's alarm-processing logic has evaluated the fault. A critical severity on a laser-failure alarm would push it to the top of a NOC's triage queue ahead of a minor temperature-threshold alarm.
