What is llcimSapState?
This value reports the SAP's current position in the LLC connection state machine, spanning states like offLine, unbound, notConnected, testExchange, xidIssued, waitXid, connected, several Set Mode stages, data, and the disconnect states. Admins use it to pinpoint exactly where a link setup or teardown is stalled rather than just knowing it isn't working. For example, a state of data(11) confirms the link is fully established and exchanging data, while waitXid(6) would show negotiation stuck waiting on the remote's NULL XID.
