What is frpAtmNISapState?

This object reports the current status of the Frame Relay to ATM Network Interworking connection for this SAP, ranging from offLine to notConnected, inProgress, connected, or connectFlowOff. An admin monitors this to confirm a configured FR/ATM circuit has actually reached the connected(4) state and is passing data, or to spot a stuck inProgress(3) connection attempt. For example, a persistent notConnected(2) value indicates the remote destination is refusing the connection and needs investigation.
