What is poeTotalUsedPower?

This value shows how much of the PoE power budget is currently being drawn by all connected ports combined, in milliwatts. Comparing it against poeTotalSystemPower tells an admin how close the switch is to running out of PoE capacity before adding more powered devices. A reading of 24500, for instance, means 24.5 watts are currently in use across all ports.
