What is ctUpsUpTime?

This deprecated object reports how many hours the UPS has been running since it was last powered on. It was originally intended to help an admin gauge how long backup power had been continuously available, distinct from the host device's own uptime. Because it is deprecated, an admin encountering this object today should treat it as legacy and prefer whatever uptime object superseded it in later revisions of the MIB.
