For set-parameter, the most recent sets of sfpsBlockResolveAPITestCount, sfpsBlockResolveAPIThreshold, sfpsBlockResolveAPISendPeriod are applied.

What is sfpsBlockResolveAPIVerb?

A read-write control that triggers an action when set: add-entry or del-entry to manually add/remove a row in sfpsBlockResolveTable using the AOType/AOValue below, set-parameter to apply the most recent TestCount/Threshold/SendPeriod values, or reset. Admins use add-entry to manually pre-block a known-bad address rather than waiting for it to trip the automatic threshold.
