What is chEnvHumidityDry?
This is the configured threshold below which chassis humidity is classified as posing a static-discharge risk. It marks the low-humidity alarm boundary, distinct from the moist threshold at the high end. For example, dropping below a dry threshold of 200 (20.0 percent) might prompt the admin to add humidification or take extra electrostatic-discharge precautions during card swaps.
