What is strapEntryTimeStamp?

This is the timestamp recording exactly when this particular trap occurred. It lets an admin pinpoint when an alerting event actually happened, useful for correlating with other device or network activity. An admin investigating an outage would check strapEntryTimeStamp entries to build a timeline of what triggered first.
