What is straceHopAddress?
This is the IP address of the router or host that responded to a traceroute probe sent with a particular TTL. It shows an admin exactly which device sits at each hop along the path to the destination. If straceHopAddress at a certain hop is unexpected, an admin might identify that routing has changed to go through a different router than before.
