Description: Controls the existence of this table entry.
What is spvcState?
This value controls whether this PVC table entry exists or has been removed, per its exists(1)/removed(2) enumeration. Setting it lets an admin provision or tear down a permanent virtual circuit definition through SNMP rather than through a separate configuration interface. To decommission an unused PVC, an admin would set its spvcState to removed(2).
