Description: The current state of the ping request.

What is spingState?

This reports the current state of a ping test request: not-started, active, timed-out, or completed. It lets an admin check on a running ping test's progress without waiting for it to finish, useful for scripted monitoring. If spingState shows timed-out, the admin knows the destination didn't respond within the configured timeout rather than the test still being in progress.
