What is spingMax?

This reports the maximum round-trip time observed across the ping requests and responses in this test, in centiseconds. It highlights the worst-case latency spike encountered, which can indicate transient congestion or packet processing delays along the path. If spingMax is far higher than spingAvg, an admin would suspect intermittent congestion rather than a consistently slow path.
