What is smirrorDiagPort?

This defines the diagnostic port that mirrored packets are sent out on, which can be an Ethernet, Token Ring, or FDDI interface on the ATX. It's where the admin plugs in a protocol analyzer to see copies of the traffic being mirrored. An admin troubleshooting a specific segment would connect a sniffer to the port configured in smirrorDiagPort to capture the mirrored packets.
