What is sipxRouteNextHop?

This read-only OCTET STRING holds the IPX node address of the next hop for an indirect route, or the local interface's address if the route is direct. An admin reads this to trace the actual forwarding path IPX traffic will take toward a given destination network. Comparing sipxRouteNextHop against the local interface's own address tells the admin at a glance whether this is a directly-connected route or one relayed through another router.
