What is sifUtilPortPeakIndex?
This read-only INTEGER identifies which physical port a row in the per-port peak-utilization table describes. An admin uses it to line up the peak throughput figures in the same table row with the correct physical interface on the switch. For example, a technician polling the table sees index 4 and knows the peak bit-rate values in that row belong to port 4, not some other uplink.
