What is sWorkGroupMaxCount?
This reports the maximum number of workgroups the device supports. Comparing it to sWorkGroupCurrentCount tells an admin how much headroom remains before hitting the workgroup limit. If sWorkGroupCurrentCount is approaching sWorkGroupMaxCount, an admin planning new workgroups would know they're near capacity.
