ruleAllowIgrp
Module: CTATX-MIB
OID (symbolic): CTATX-MIB::ruleAllowIgrp
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.97.3.23.2.1.17
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Boolean
Access: read-write
Description: Whether to forward IGP packets (IP protocol 88).
What is ruleAllowIgrp?
This boolean controls whether IP protocol 88 packets, associated with IGRP-style routing, are forwarded under this rule. Networks that still run this routing protocol between routers depend on this setting being enabled so routing updates aren't silently dropped by the filter. An admin troubleshooting missing routes across this ATX would check that ruleAllowIgrp is enabled.
