What is ppePacketMemorySize?
This read-only Counter reports the number of bytes originally allocated to the packet heap, the memory pool used to build and process packets. An administrator uses it as a baseline to compare against ppePacketMemoryAvail when gauging packet-processing headroom. For example, the admin compares ppePacketMemorySize against ppePacketMemoryAvail to see how much packet-processing memory remains available under current load.
