What is ppeOspfPduMemoryFailures?

This read-only Counter tracks the number of unsuccessful attempts to allocate memory for an OSPF PDU. An administrator treats a rising count as a sign OSPF hellos or LSAs are being silently dropped due to memory pressure, risking adjacency flaps. For example, the admin sees ppeOspfPduMemoryFailures climb right before an OSPF neighbor relationship drops, pointing to memory exhaustion rather than a physical link problem.
