What is ppeIgmpPduMemoryFailures?

This read-only Counter tracks the number of unsuccessful attempts to allocate memory for an IGMP PDU. An administrator uses a rise here to explain multicast group join or leave messages being dropped, which can leave hosts stuck out of or unable to leave a multicast group. For example, the admin traces a video-multicast group failing to join correctly to a nonzero ppeIgmpPduMemoryFailures count occurring during a burst of IGMP reports.
