What is ppeArpPduMemoryAllocs?
This read-only Counter tracks the number of times memory was successfully allocated for an ARP PDU. An administrator uses it as a baseline ARP packet-processing volume for comparison against ppeArpPduMemoryFailures. For example, the admin sees ppeArpPduMemoryAllocs spike after a subnet-wide ARP-scanning tool is run against the network.
