Description: This is the primary index into the Netbios Interface Table. It is the port number which you intend to enable/disable Netbios Caching.

What is nbCacheIfIndex?

This is the primary index into the Netbios Interface Table, identifying the port number on which NetBIOS name caching is being enabled or disabled. It lets an admin manage NetBIOS caching behavior on a per-port basis rather than device-wide. An admin wanting to disable NetBIOS caching only on the port connecting to a legacy Windows segment would target that port's row using nbCacheIfIndex.
