What is ctAgentDaiVlanArpAclStaticFlag?

This read-write TruthValue indicates whether the ARP ACL assigned to a VLAN has its static flag set, meaning ARP packets are checked only against the ACL and not also against DHCP Snooping bindings. An administrator enables this on VLANs where all devices are statically addressed and there is no DHCP Snooping database to fall back on. For example, an admin protecting a VLAN of entirely static servers would enable ctAgentDaiVlanArpAclStaticFlag so DAI relies solely on the configured ARP ACL rules.
