What is ctAgentDhcpServerManualPoolIpPrefixLength?

This read-write Unsigned32 specifies the prefix length, an alternative to a subnet mask, for a manually reserved DHCP binding, requiring the IP address to already be set, and shows 0 for un-allocated or dynamic bindings. An administrator uses this as an alternative way to finish defining a manual binding's subnet. For example, an admin might set ctAgentDhcpServerManualPoolIpPrefixLength to 24 instead of entering a full dotted-decimal mask for a reserved address.
